Do you organise weddings in Sicily for couples from abroad?
Yes. I’m Laura, a wedding planner based in south-eastern Sicily, and for over 10 years I’ve organised weddings and events for couples who come from abroad. I follow you from the first idea to the day after the wedding, so you can enjoy the whole process.

Where in Sicily do you organise weddings?
I organise weddings in south-eastern Sicily: Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto, Siracusa, Ispica and Pozzallo. I also organise beach weddings along the Sicilian coast.

What kind of venues can I choose from?
You can choose from historic palaces, old farmhouses (masserie), golden beaches, private gardens, castles, towers, country villas and prestigious venues in UNESCO cities. I help you find the ideal venue for your dream.

Can you organise a wedding outside Sicily?
Yes. My heart is in Sicily, but I’m available to organise weddings in other regions of Italy and abroad as well. Tell me where you’d like to marry, and together we’ll look at what’s possible.

What does your wedding planning service include?
I take care of everything, from the choice of venue to the farewell brunch: catering and open bar, flowers, photographer and videographer, hair and make-up, music and entertainment, lighting, table setting, wedding cake, invitations and stationery, guest accommodation and transfers. I work with a network of professional suppliers I know personally.

Do you take care of the legal and administrative paperwork?
Yes. I take care of the bureaucratic matters and manage the pre-wedding appointments, so you don’t have to deal with them on your own.

Can we have the ceremony in English, or in another language?
Yes. I work with celebrants who are native speakers of English, French, German, Russian and other languages. They can officiate religious, civil or symbolic ceremonies.

Do you plan only the wedding day, or the whole weekend?
I plan and coordinate all the events. Most destination weddings include several: a welcome dinner, the rehearsal dinner before the wedding, a farewell brunch, guided tours. I take care of every aspect.

Can you help with our guests’ accommodation and transfers?
Yes. I manage guests’ accommodation and the transfer service, from the airport and from their accommodation to the place of the celebration. On request I can also arrange a babysitter and car rental.

Can you create personalised, handmade details?
Yes, design is the part I love most. I create unique handmade details: the ring box, place cards, invitations and wedding stationery, all following the common thread (the fil rouge) of your wedding.

Do you also organise events that are not weddings?
Yes. I organise birthdays, anniversaries, parties, events, romantic getaways and honeymoons.
